Happy customers are very important to us, so in the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or refund. Subject to the terms set out in this Refund policy, we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

Before you consider a return, please see our PIZZA BRAAI PROMISE at the bottom of this page

All returns are free within thirty (30) days of purchase for any unused item in its original packaging, or any incorrect or faulty items.

HOW DO I LOG A RETURN

  • Reach out to us at sales@pizzabraai.co.za or 065 709 7495
  • Include the following information in your return request:
    1. Your original order number
    2. Number of parcels that you would like to return
    3. The reason for your return
    4. Collection address (within South African border)

I your return is accepted, we will arrange for a courier to collect from given address.

Please keep in mind that Pizza Braai Box (Pty) Ltd cannot accept returns can cannot give a refund if:

  1. the return is lodged after the stated thirty (30) day period from date of purchase;
  2. This returned product(s) has been personalized;
  3. The product(s) is worn, used, damaged, or not in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  4. Pizza Braai Box (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage or is not its original purchase state (including original packaging)

GENERAL WARRANTY

Damaged/Defective Product or not what you ordered?

At Pizza Braai, we pride ourselves on quality & durability. We thoroughly test all of our products to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our standard structural warranty on all of our Pizza Braai Units is 24 months from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Defective products can be lodged by contacting us on sales@pizzabraai.co.za or 065 709 7495

Returned defective product(s) will be assessed once they have been sent back to us. If the damage is the result of manufacturing defect, and not the result of normal use wear and tear, Pizza Braai Box (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to elect whether the product should be repaired or exchanged based on a physical inspection of the defective product. In such cases, we will cover shipping and handling charges at standard rates.

If the problem was caused by reasons other than the result of a manufacturing defect (stated below), the original product will be returned to you.

Product defects do not include damage arising from the following:

(a) obtained from a source other than the Pizza Braai website.
(b) damaged by abuse or negligence (making fire under Pizza Braai and not on top, ect.)
(c) Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
(d) Damage arising from normal wear and tear
(e) Damage from any alterations made to the product
(f) Damage caused by inadequate care that is reasonably expected.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@pizzabraai.co.za.

Here at Pizza Braai we strive on having only happy customers. If you are not happy with the results from your Pizza Braai, we would love to assist you getting the most out of your Pizza Braai.

The Pizza Braai is a very versatile product, but it does require a certain “know-how”. We want to help you to achieve the desired results.

If we are unsuccessful or you are still not happy, we will be happy to refund you.
