Pizza Braai Heat: Med - High (220-250°C)


Whip up a magical mixture of olive oil, salt, and your favourite spice in a bowl.

Mix the potato skins with this flavourful blend, making sure both sides gets a good coating.

Lay them out on a baking tray and pop them into the oven until they turn a gorgeous golden brown.

Give them a flip halfway through with tongs

Once they're perfectly crispy, feel free to sprinkle more spice or herbs for an added kick. We love Garlic & Herb spice with fresh rosemary!

Serve these crunchy delights with sour cream as a dipping sauce and add some parmesan for extra flavour.
