• Half-shell West Coast mussels
• Panko crumbs
• Fresh Garlic
• Butter
• Fresh Lemon & Parsley (Optional)

Pizza Braai Heat: Medium

Heat up your pan, melt the butter and add the garlic.

Once completely melted, add the bread crumbs and mix lightly.

Fill the mussel shells generously with the buttery garlic crumbs.

Place the filled mussels on a baking tray crumb-side up.

Bake in a medium hot Pizza Braai (180-220c) for 5-10 minutes or till golden brown.
